When you redeem a Groupon voucher through the VinextAI platform, you receive a license to use the applicable software product — not ownership of the software itself.

Each license provides usage rights according to:

• The applicable End User License Agreement (EULA)

• Customers do not receive ownership of the software product, source code, or intellectual property.

Vinext AI, LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action when license misuse or policy violations are identified.

Actions may include:

• Suspension or revocation of affected license access
• Restriction of technical support related to misuse
• Restriction of redemption services
• Refusal of future redemption service for users associated with confirmed abuse
• Reporting fraudulent activity to appropriate parties where required by law

Refund eligibility does not generally apply to licenses that have been:

• Improperly shared
• Resold without authorization
• Used in violation of publisher licensing terms
• Activated through fraudulent or unauthorized methods

Refund requests are reviewed according to the VinextAI Refund Policy and applicable Groupon procedures.
