It is important to understand the distinction between purchasing a license and owning software:

• Customers are purchasing a license to use software under defined terms and conditions.
• Customers are not purchasing ownership of the software, source code, or intellectual property.
• All software rights, trademarks, and copyrights remain with the original software publishers.
• Usage rights are limited to the scope defined at purchase (e.g., number of users, devices, or seats).

All software licenses must be activated according to the product-specific instructions provided at delivery:

• Each license must be activated using the key or credentials provided at purchase or redemption.
• Activation may require an internet connection, publisher account login, or online verification.
• Some licenses may have region-specific, version-specific, or edition-specific activation rules.
• Repeated or incorrect activation attempts may invalidate the license or trigger publisher security measures.

Software licenses purchased through VinextAI are subject to the following usage restrictions:

• Using licenses for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to generate, duplicate, or forge license keys or voucher codes.
• Using a single-user license across unauthorized multiple users or organizations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing requirements:

• VinextAI platform policies, including this License Usage Policy and our Terms of Service.
• Software publisher end-user license agreements (EULAs) and volume licensing program rules.
• Geographic, organizational, and usage restrictions defined by the software vendor.
• Internal IT policies and regulatory requirements applicable to your organization.

Failure to comply with licensing terms may result in license deactivation by the publisher, restriction of VinextAI services, or other consequences described below.

Vinext AI, LLC reserves the right to take action when license misuse or policy violations are identified, including but not limited to:

• Suspension or permanent revocation of the affected license.
• Refusal of technical support services for the affected order or account.
• Restriction or termination of access to the VinextAI platform.
• Refusal of future purchases from accounts associated with confirmed misuse.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity to payment providers or authorities where required by law.
